Appliance Service

We offer expedient, often same-day service and support, 6-days a week. Our one flat rate includes a house call, diagnosis, and service (most parts and labor), if possible. If the appliance cannot be fixed, (i.e. multiple problems, unable to replace parts, etc) we will deduct the service amount from your next purchase on any remanufactured appliance.

Same-day delivery* is available 6 days a week within Monroe County limits. Any new appliance priced $499 or more qualifies for free delivery. Delivery rates vary based on location, please see one of our sales associates for specific rates.

You may pick-up a purchased appliance 7 days a week, during open store hours. We do allow for a 7-day layaway period to allow for pick-up arrangements. No heavy lifting necessary, we will do that for you! As we do not provide any rope, cardboard, etc., the customer is responsible for securing all appliances before transport.




If you schedule a delivery with us, we are able to remove the old appliance free of charge. Just let us know in advance, and we will replace the old with your newly purchased appliance!
